Headland

There’s something about headlands and life on a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides that fascinates me. The way the clouds will roll in off the sea with the menace of rain yet can pass straight over you unloading their cargo on the hills behind you.

On a trip to Skye those clouds decided it was my turn to receive their payload of Atlantic rain that tried to beat you into the ground you stood on. In between the walls of rain that obliterated the landscape I captured these images.
